Children's Privacy
If you reside in the United States and are under 13 years of age, you should not use Court Coach or create an account.
Court Coach does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information through Court Coach, we will investigate and take reasonable steps to delete the information and close the associated account where appropriate.

Artificial Intelligence Processing
Court Coach uses AI to generate plans and provide coaching. Relevant information (basketball profile, history, requests, audio) may be sent to AI providers. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Court Coach is not a substitute for professional medical or athletic advice.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to:

Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate services, comply with law, and prevent abuse. When an account is deleted, information is removed from active systems within a reasonable period.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion via the app profile or by emailing ryder@vegaproperties.com. Deletion removes history, analytics, and associated profile data.
